It was refreshing to run into Robert Garrard, Patrick Wilbur, and Will at the Maple Leaf Festival in Baldwin City.  I've been leaning this way for a long time, and will change my registration right after the election.  I want to know more about this party in the Lawrence area, and will talk to anyone I know about the need for an alternative to the virtually indistinguishable parties that dominate American politics.  I look forward to meeting more Libertarians in the area, and will encourage anyone I know to seriously examine the issues and seek constitutional solutions.
