County Chairs are volunteers who work to organize the LPKS locally because they know that real change begins on the local level. They act as county organizers to support LPKS candidates and liberty-related issues in their area. They also organize periodic meetings and social gatherings in their county to facilitate the networking of people who share the principle of Liberty.

County Chairs are not officers of the LPKS. Local groups are independent organization and do not fall under the direction of the LPKS. Although the LPKS is happy to provide support, encouragement, and guidance to local groups, the LPKS is not bound by any financial commitments or statements of policy made by them.

If you are interested in becoming a County Chair or in organizing a local Libertarian group, please volunteer today. We have experienced local organizers ready to help you organize the Liberty-minded people in your county.
